i dont need a recipe....but thank you.. i need to know how to dethaw the meat.

Nuke it until thawed (I don't know the amount of lobster or the type of microwave you have) and use it in your recipe.

You can thaw it by putting it in the refrigerator one to two days before you need to use it. Keep it sealed in the original packaging until you're ready to use it.

This is also the way to thaw ANY meat or fish before you cook it. If you try to thaw it with heat, the outside of it will cook while the inside remains frozen.

Hmm...might be best used in a lobster bisque, or some kind of seafood gumbo. I don't have any recipes on hand, but www.foodnetwork.com has a gazillion awesome recipes.
