I am not sure about that I have never heard a reference to God's colour in the Bible at all. However, unlike you I will be willing to bet that He uses proper grammar.

God is pure spirit. His body would not be like our earthly body. He is neither a he or she although we usually use he when we talk about God just as we use she when we talk about the church. It is not about sexual identity.
