I found that www.shoebuy.com has a fabulous selection of all types of shoes. You can search by size, color, style, whatever. And I know they have smaller shoes since I just checked for my mom who wears anything from a 4 1/2 to a 5. Good Luck with your search.

You should check out this website. It is great. It is buyshoes.com and they have free shipping and free return shipping in case they don't fit, and also no tax. Also just type in like buyshoes.com coupons like on yahoo and you may be able to find a really good coupon. I got a $75 pair of bridal shoes for like $53. I love this site. Good Luck!

Have you tried eBay?
Or - where do you buy your regular shoes? Who says they have to be "bridal" shoes, so long as they're the color you want?
This site has your size, don't know about style:

Zappos.com has a lot of choices:

Check the children's section anyway, cause when I am shopping for my daughter, { esp., when she was a 4 or smaller } I always find things that look way to grown -up or have too high of a heal ! You may even find something in a craft store to decorate or modify them. Good Luck , and congratulations !!!
