i will be 16 september 10th and i woud like a tattoo for my birthday present what is the age limit with out a parent in florida

you can get a tattoo if you are a minor (under 18) with a parents consent but you have to be 18 to get one by yourself! most places might not even do it if you are under 18 though because they dont want to be held liable if something were to happen!

I believe it is 18 every where in America. Need to be a adult to do this...unless of course your parents allow you to do this.

18 without parental permission. Any parlor that will turn a blind eye to that is likely to turn a blind eye to health and safety regulations as well.
