somewhere in the midlands. I did see somewhere that ther is a field in Liecestershire that was the geographical centre of Great Britain, but it was very sad so I stopped reading.

telford must be the furthest it takes a good 2 hours to get to the coast from there.

they did work out the "centre" of the uk to be just East of Brum using the lamina model.
