No such thing as fast weight loss. You probably didn't gain it fast either, it was just more enjoyable so you didn't notice... diet and exercise are still the only healthy way to lose weight. Good luck!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Exercise and food...changing your diet will help you lose weight, I have just lost 10lbs in about 3 weeks. I gave up milk, because I overdue it, and then chocolate for lent. I will continue to eat both of those once lent is over, but add it into my diet slowly. Cut out all pop! There is no nutritional value in pop, cutting one pop out of your diet a day can help you lose 17 lbs a year!! try to keep healthy foods in your house to snack on instead high fat, sodium, sugar and calorie foods!
Then of course exercise! walking is even great for you!! get a lot of vitamin b12, it speeds up the metabolism and fiber helps you feel full!! Good luck!

Right Now I want you to stand up . Put your legs together , and look down . If you can see your feet , stop worrying . If you can't see it because your stomach is in the way , try eating only organic foods , reduced-low fat/fat-free foods and exercising plenty . If you can see your feet while standing like I said , but you still are not satisfied with your weight , You might have Anorexia.

Reminder : If you are dieting you can still eat McDonald's or Wendy's once every 2 weeks . But Burger King Is the Greasiest , they use unhealthy greases (also , too much of them) and their fries are too salty . McDonald's tastes less greasy (like Wendy's) and Wendy's fries are the least salty .

Don't starve because you'll slow your metabolism and then binge eat later on.

Your best bet it to cut out all sugars, soft drinks, coffee, etc. Eat several small meals a day... lots of fruit, complex carbs... cut out sugary breads, white rice, pasta... go for whole-wheat, brown rice, etc. Lean skinless chicken breast. Lots of salad with low-fat dressing (or make your own with olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic.. it's better tasting and better for you than store-bought ones).

Exercise... short bursts of activity, try to tone your whole body.

Lift free weights... 5-10lbs. More muscle helps burn more calories when your body is at rest.

Drink lots of water.

Find the hard way of doing everything (park away from store, walk up the stairs, etc).

well i would recommend you eat twice a day yogurt in the morning and a turkey sandwich with baked chips or vegetables like carrots or celery for dinner. go jogging everyday for atleat 20 mins or walk for 30 mins. drink tons of water a day. do this for about two weeks you will atleat lose 15 pounds. good luck!!
