Very Easy! Ask 'em Out!!
Sounds unorthodox to some, but there's a saying which goes: Nice guys finish last. (Actually they just ask out less on average compared to a jerk.)
So Be Bold. Live Life. And go up to Him and ask him out.
If he is too conservative to ask every other girl out, then make the first move. Then again, if it is your potential match & you let him get away, that would suck!
Or, you could drop Blunt hints, to the one of your interest.
If you're talking in general(meaning you have not met him yet),
then take a moment to think like your dream date & ask yourself where do they usually hang out??

You mean a keeper? Dont sleep with him for a while until you get to know him first. Men who are truly interested in you will be willing to wait. And it tells him that you want to take this relationship down the right road from the beginning. But, to get him to take you out, I would suggest going up to him when he's alone and ask him out. He'll probably say yes.

Date over the internet. I tried it on match.com. They are good about matching you with the right people. I dated a lot of guys on there and I did find a good match. Try it! Just be careful... there's some weirdos out there. hee hee hee
