I haven't filed for 04, 05 and 06.

The best place to go is where the office is open all year long. Make sure that you ask for a professional. I worked for a tax service for 6 years and that particular franchise stayed open all year. There were others who didn't.

Most any tax prep place has the software for prior years in addition to this year.

If your return is difficult, find a local CPA or EA in your neighborhood. Many H&R Block offices have EAs on staff but not everyone who works for Block is an EA.

If you owe for 2004 and 2005 there will be failure to file penalties, failure to pay penalties and interest so get it done as quick as possible.
