Is he kissing or having sex with any other girls? If no, that's a good sign.
Does he call you and spend time with you? Also a good sign.

Does he do things for you, like Favors...Or does he complain
when you ask him to do things for you? Test him !! More then once and you'll see his attitude toward you.... that should tell you something.

first, if he still is with you, then obviously he shows interest. he'll say things like i love you and really sounds like he means it. he gives you most of his attention.
