I went on a site that said fancy feast is fine. Fancy feast is owned by Purina. It was moistly the foil pouches that were affected. when I went to the store today I double checked and the manager said fancy feast was not affected.
(If you were talking about the pet food recall)

The fact that a cat "loves it" is not the truly important issue for a cat food. What seems to be more important is the quality of ingredients that are used to make the food. If it has poor quality building materials it will be horrid food, even if the animal loves it.
I've seen tests done with some really popular foods. The dogs and cats loved it, snarfed it up. They still lost weight and were malnourished.

its ok but after a while they will get a little bit bigger. As long as fancy feast isn't what you feed them on a regular basis.
