pasta is always easy to cook, and it fills you up
basically cook pasta, get some tomatoe sauce, and diced tomatoes (ones that are already with basil, garlic, salt and pepper, basically sesanoed) mix those together on a pan, and heat it up, and after that add some pasta and mix, easy to make and fast.

Other thing that i kind of stole from my job is Bruchetta
what you do is get diced tomatoes already sesoned, spread them on a sub, sprinkle some parmassean, and add some mozzarella cheese, and toast it. its healthy and good

A salad would be my recomendation. Me and my Wife like our salad w/ tomatoes, green peppers, olives, peppercinis, lemon juice, jalapenos, carrots, celery, lettuce, cheese, dressing, chicken, onion, crutons, and kidney beans. Its easy to make and super good. i think i'll have that tonight!
