My Granny's Irish Stew recipe. She used pink meat or lamb for the beef. one million pound of pink meat stew meat. (my grandmother continually offered a super steak and cut back it up) in case you have some sturdy kitchen shears - cut back the fat off and cut back the stew meat in small chew length products. (in case you pick your stew to be quite thick - flour the beef and then brown it until now including water) in any different case brown the cut back up meat - then upload the water and boil jointly as you narrow back up the carrots - celery - onions and potatoes. ( barley non-compulsory ) For style - use pink meat bullion to style. upload a sprint at a time - then style. Pepper - garlic and parsley ( non-compulsory ) be conscious: once you employ bullion - go away out the salt. Bullion is salty sufficient and has yummy style.. upload all substances and sluggish boil with the lid on until accomplished. ( could be transferred to a sluggish cooker or crock pot ) upload the parsley whilst waiting to serve. i like it with selfmade bread or baking powder biscuits or corn bread or soda bread - continually with honey. Yummy! Stew and poultry noodle soup are my favorites. because i'm now no longer in a position to prepare dinner - i discover myself dreaming approximately cooking. like to share my recipes. we've a relatives prepare dinner e book - with tried and genuine recipes from ancestors. DeeJay - I took super excitement - cooking for my relatives.
