Needs a vet.

Take the dog to the vet. NOW!

He has a concussion, brain swelling and possible retinal detatchment from the fall. The pupils are dialating because he has a head injury.

(WHY WAS HE ON A HIGH BED TO BEGIN WITH!?!?!)

He may also have internal bruising and/or bleeding from the fall. This will prevent him from having an appetite and can cause him to die.

PLEASE GET OFF THE COMPUTER AND GET TO THE VET BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!

head injury. Vet 20 minutes ago. Are you at the vet's yet? Given previous answers you should be reading this after you get back from the vet's so hope puppy is going to be better.

Sounds like this has been going on for days since you notice he wont eat or drink. Could be a concussion. Cant believe you have not taken him to the vet yet.

Umm ya...it's scary that you would even have to ask what to do. Take him to the vet obviously he's got a neurological injury. Those things don't fix themselves.

he probably hit his head and that is bad. He probably hit hard when he fell you have to take him to a vet asap.
