I have enough money to get a go phone from walmart and i really really want a cell phone..I told my mom that it is a pre-paid phone and so she wouldnt have to worry about a bill or anything..but she doesnt think i would have enough money to keep up on paying for minutes..and she says ''tell me some good reasons why you should get it and then i will say yes'' and ever ason i give her is not a good enough reason...so what should i do to convince her that i should be able to get one??

Tell your mom, to trust you. If you never get the phone, how is she ever going to know if you'll keep it up or not? Make amends with her say " Mom, if you let me get the phone and I don't keep it up I'll give it to you"
That way it's pressure on you to be more responsible. Good luck.

How old are you? A phone is a good way to always know where youre kid is, and if you have the cash to take care of the bill why not? Show her how it work and there is no strings attached and maybe she will say yes, but if she says no don't be upset just accept it and move on, she will re think it and realize that it is a good idea!

if i was you i would bring up all the good points like she will always know where you are you should also bring up "what if there is an emergency and i can't get to a phone at least i could call you or the police" you might have to work at it but believe me it's a parents worst nightmare thinking what if something happens to them.and not to mention she lets you have access to the internet which is more dangerous than a cell phone but leave that part out or she will probably restrict your internet access good luck

simple if you know what your saying rmm try this one its about time i had a mobile phone say if i didnt have enough money for the phonebox and i was in trouble the pre piad phone would cover that...... or ill let you check on my credit so see how much im spending and things like that just try and raassure her

you should show you mom how you plan to pay for it. Once you write down all your financial income. Part time job, babysitting, your allowance. Then itemize all your expenses. If you do this and show her that you worked out a budget she will then see how you can afford to pay for it.
