Have an indoor grill? I already placed a similar response to a question about fish but i actually made this yesterday with chicken. And if you do have an indoor grill no defrosting needed.
Heat grill to 375, and using a paper towl brush olive over the grill to keep from sticking. place boneless, skinless chicken breasts, frozen or dethawed on grill (obviously cook times will vary if frozen). Add salt pepper and garlic to one side, flip immediately and do the same to the other side. Squeeze half a lemon over the top of it. Cover the grill and wait 8min. With chicken the less you turn the juicier it will be. 8 min later turn the chicken and wait an additional 7 min (15 min total cook time) Remove from grill and finish with the other half of the lemon. I say lemon because you use less salt this way with a ton of flavor. If using frozen chicken breasts just increase the cook time.

Polish Sausage and Sour Kraut. Don't have to defrost polish sausage. Just cut it up frozen put in a sour kraut in a pot. Cook on medium for about 35-40 minutes
