I speak Spanish and English so I use Turbotax on line, but I know H&R Block have people who are bilingual and can help you, (my sister work there) plus there are many places, If you whant to do it by your self I'm not sure the IRS have available spanish version of the forms, so if you don't speak english, or just fill more confortable in spanish I will recomend to look for people who prepare taxes and are bilingual in your area.

There are more and more tax services which are bi-lingual.

Check with NATP and get a referral to someone in your area.
