Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld are already being sued for war crimes under 18 USC 2441.
You can Google this information and see for yourself...the results are overwhelming.

Next we have lies of the Terror Attacks of 911. Bush Orchestrated this event so he could use it as a ‘Pretext for Military Intervention’ in Iraq and Afghanistan. This is not a new tactic for the U.S. Military... Google “Operation Northwoods” and have yourself a look.

The United Nations charter has a provision which was formulated by the United States after World War II. It says that from now on, no nation can use armed force without the permission of the U.N. Security Council. They can use force for self-defense, but a country can not use force in anticipation of self-defense. Regarding Iraq, the last Security Council resolution essentially said, “Look, send the weapons inspectors out to Iraq, have them come back and tell us what they've found -- then we'll figure it out from there.” The U.S. was impatient, and decided to invade Iraq -- which was all pre-arranged of course. So, the United States went to war, in violation of the charter. Making the war in Iraq an “illegal” war. Whether Congress agreed to it or not.

Even though military enlistment is a voluntary service.... since Bush is the ‘Commander in Chief’ and has directed and ordered our troops into an illegal situation under false pretenses...shouldn’t he be held responsible for the damage he has done?

I AGREE THE WHITE HOUSE SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE BUT ME BEING A SOLDIER I FEEL THAT WAR IS A PART OF OUR JOB AND SOMETIMES THERE ARE CASUALTIES IN WORK AND WAR, BUT I CAN HONESTLY SAY THIS WAR HAS NO MEANING AND IT'S SOMEONES FAULT THAT WE ARE OVER HERE, BUT IN THE LONG RUN I HOPE THAT IT ALL WORKS OUT AND WE ALL GET TO COME BACK TO AMERICA,.

Let me tell you a little secret, Lisa. GW was an Air Force fighter pilot. Maybe that means little to you, but to those who are aware of all that entails, it means he was a fairly intelligent person. Otherwise, he'd have never been allowed in that cockpit. He is not a good public speaker, but then few people are. He sometimes listens to advise he should not have, but then who hasn't done the same thing. Mr. Bush feels the loss of those military people far more deeply than you do, I promise you. Just because he has the guts to do what he believes is right and isn't afraid to make a command decision, just because he doesn't wear his emotions on his sleeve doesn't mean he's a bad person. To the contrary, it is the mark of a man. You goofy liberals go ahead and chew on him. The people that matter know better.

Should Roosevelt be held responsible for the deaths in WW II (The Germans never invaded the US)
Should Wilson be held responsible for WW I deaths? (The Germans again never attacked the US)
Should JFK and LBJ be held responsible for the deaths in Vietnam?
Should Teddy Roosevelt be responsible for the deaths in the Spanish American War. (Remember the Maine? That was a lie)

Other than Desert Storm 1 AND THE CURRENT WAR ON TERROR all other wars have been started by the Democrats. I think the Democratic Party should be held responsible for every death in Iraq and Afghanistan since the non-binding resolution condemning the troop surge. Since they did this they showed that they do not support the troops.

If you're going to hold them responsible for the men and women who have died in service to our country, go ahead and judge me with Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfield. I'll stand with those three men any day of my life.

Also, I should be held responsible because I, along with the majority of other Americans, voted these men into office during the last election. I'm guilty as charged.

So go ahead, sue me. I deserve to be punished for forcing each member (of our all-volunteer staffed) military into service during war time. Those brave men and women, including friends of mine, apparently didn't hear the news some 4-6 years ago when they enlisted, that we were at war with extremist organizations.

Someone should warn my husband too... I just brain-washed him into enlisting in the Navy a few months ago. He's shipping out in June, so you still have time. Also, we're expecting our first child in July, so I'll probably be alone when he's born... some might call that sacrifice, but I'm ignorant enough to call it "my American duty".

How about holding the enemy responsible?

If the mission, of a Marine rifle squad is to locate, close with, and destroy the enemy with fire and maneuver, and repel the enemies assault with fire and close combat:, is that an example of good infantry Marines or an example of bad neo- cons?

What about Zarqawi, remember him and all the havoc he wreaked, Zarqawi from al qadea? The Zarqawi that had a cement truck filled with C4, and driven into the UN post!
The Zarqawi who blew all the gold off of that holy Shia mosque, kicking off sectarian reprisal killings!
Zarqawi who cut off heads?

Oh that's right Mr. Bush is a war criminal!
Saddam was trying to convert oil sales from dollars to euros to buy off Europeans, security council members, and develop............WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION!!!!!

We know this because the oil for food program of the UN, that's right the UN, had nothing to do with the Iraqi people, it had to do with palaces and power!

The Baath regime violated the terms of the 1991 cease fire resolution........
The Baath regime violated the no-fly zones.
The Baath regime collapsed in 19 days.

Iraq was created by the U.K. after WWI, carved out of the Ottoman empire by the U.K.
They havent been a country for 100 years, they have 4 years removed from Saddam,
If we help them stand up, the middle east will be a better place, and the United States will be more secure.

Yeah, as long as we hold all the presidents that sent us to war in the history of the country responsible as well. Oh and don't forget about all the members of congrees in the history of this nation will need to be held responsible, considering Congress approves for war. Simple if you ask me. Impeachment chants and 9/11 conspiracies need to stop because they are making you look sillier every time you people bring that up.

YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! NO NO NO! Look any Marine, or Soldier's first duty is BEING JUST THAT! Any person who enlists KNOWS there is a chance during their service they could be sent into War. Pres. Bush and his Admin. HAVE ALL THE FACTS and the American people don't. FOR SEVERAL GOOD SAFETY REASONS! If he didn't act like he did, he would have been damned. Just as he is now. I SUPPORT OUR TROOPS AND OUR PRESIDENT!

Were JFK/Ford held responsible for the soldiers who died in Vietnam?

Was Harry Truman held responsible for the troops who died in Korea?

Was Franklin Roosevelt held responsible for the troops that died in World War 2?

Was Woodrow Wilson responsible for the troops that died in World War 1?

Was Abraham Lincoln responsible for the troops that died in the Civil War?

Which one of those men pulled the triggers on the weapons that killed the soldiers? Which one of them dropped the bombs, or fired that artillery pieces, or fired the tank cannons that resulted in the deaths of our soldiers?

Or was it the enemy firing the weapons at our soldiers who killed them? Was it the enemy who set off the bombs, and shot the cannons and mortars and anti-aircraft and tanks that caused their deaths?

Now apply that logic to both Gulf Wars. And get your head out of rectal defilade.

Yes & No.

Where as soldiers die in war and that is to be expected, the Bush admin, lost the confidence of the American people as well as the U.S. military. Their numerous blunders and mistakes have undermined them so severely that they cannot right the sinking ship.
No one said you get multiple chances to phuck up!

You know Jen must be easy.
