Why did i recieve a Circular E Employers Tax Guide.?

SINCE IRS HAS SAID THEY ARE PROCESSING MY REFUND THIS IS ALL I HAVE RECIEVE. A CIRCULAR E / EMPLOYERS TAX GUIDE

That's kind of weird, unless you or someone else requested it, or they thought that you did. Unless you are running a business and have employees, you don't need that.
