Really, if a person had manners and respect wouldn't you feel happy, and feel respected, and want to get to know that person more?

Yes. People with manners and proper etiquette are the best kind of people to be around. I try to surround myself with people who I can relate to on many levels.

The best way to get respect is to earn it, so you're always better off treating people with respect and being well-mannered. Doesn't necessarily mean I'd want to get to know such a person more, but it does mean that I'd be more inclined to be respectful and friendly toward a well-mannered individual than I would when dealing with an ill-mannered twit.

Without a doubt! Good manners are essential social skills that allow us to engage with others in appropriate ways. This can range from table manners, personal space and boundary respects, appropriate hygeine, body language, etc.
I certainly want to be around people who have enough respect for me as well as for themselves to know how to act and interact with others.

Awwwww....thank you, ma! actually, i think of almost each and every of the folk in my community have great manners....i might ought to agree that The Prodigal Son sounds like a real gent, although. Moon is yet another great pal of mine who's consistently somewhat nicely-mannered. yet as I say....all of my acquaintances on listed right here are great examples of folk with sturdy manners.

YEAH! Who wouldn't!? Would you like it if a person with less manners can step all over you and be just rude? That wouldn't be nice. So of course I wuld like a person more!
