The northeast is beautiful in September. It's not tropical but well worth a trip. Cape Cod, MA and Newport RI is one of my favorite romantic places.

I know exactly how you feel. I'm getting married Sept. 29. The only choices you have is the good weather in the south and hope for the best with the hurricanes or go skiing in the north. We choose Disney World. We're just going to pray that the Hurricanes stay away while we're there. Good Luck!

you are looking for tropical? well you could always do the honeymoon in january, but yeah i know that's no fun.
book at the tropical place you want. get travel insurance on the trip. if a hurricane is coming and you don't get to go at least you'll be covered for the stuff you already planned.
Bermuda is higher up and less likely to be hit by a hurricane then a place in mexico.
you can't control mother nature, so don't stress over it.

Alaska is lovely in September. The big run of tourists are gone. The weather is generally warm and sunny. Not much fishing as it's in between seasons, but the sights are still there and it's breathtaking. Days are still a little long, but a sunset at 8:30 ain't too bad...

I'm going to Cancun - not sure about hurricanes, but it's a lovely 4 ngt, 5 day all inclusive vacation. I booked it through Apple Vacations and it's costing me $1400 total, everything included (even have an ocean front suite) I can't wait!

Go West Coast if you want to avoid hurricanes.... Hawaii is always a good spot.

well ive seen this beautiful island called the Harbor Island its in the carribeans ive been wanting to go there since i seen it on tv it is beautiful and romantic and the beach is very nice looking maybe you could look it up

South Africa is beautiful in September. It's the beginning of spring there, by then. I loved it.
Otherwise, go anywhere...you'll spend most of your time in bed anyway!

Well, it really depends on your budget. I think foreign countries are great, France, Spain, Europe....That to me sounds awesome!!
