Just because the eye is open doesn't always mean it can see from it. There should be plenty of mucus to protect it. Make sure you keep it from direct light. You should be fine.

Kittens frequently open their eyes around the age of seven to 10 days, i have had lots of kittens in my time and performance under no circumstances considered a kitten on the age of three-4 weeks that has no longer had their eyes open.

Well, you should have seen both of the kittens eyes by now. Although it can't see well, they will still open. Is there any caked "sleep" in the eye. If there is it could be a sign of a viral infection passed onto the kits through the birth canal. Eye drops from the Vet should clear that up.

Nothing is wrong .. he was just taking a look at you ..if he liked what he saw the other eye will open soon ..
Just joking ....
Really there is nothing wrong ... this is natural some kittens develop faster than others in the litter this cat may even be the dominate one of the litter ..
So relax and enjoy your kitten ( s ) before they grow up and eat all your plants and tropical fish

I'm not sure they dont usually open until about 10 days, maybe just ring a vet and ask about. It opened by itself so it might be ok.
