I have had this feeling before twice in my life. It has been since last night. Hard to explain. No pain, just irritation and a "fuzzy" feeling. If I set completely still and relaxed, even to the point of holding my breath... turn off all noise in the room, it goes away. It is so hard to focus, and I get so frustrated that I get a horrible short temper and even to the point of tears. Someone please help me. I don't know what else to do.

Haven't went to teh doctor about this problem, because I have had very bad history with their diagnoses.

There is a number of reasons, that this may be occurring, you could have a middle ear infection, fluid on the eardrum, about the vision problem you could even have a tumor somewhere on the brain. Please check it out with a doctor,,, Good Luck!

There are several possibilities and you should go see a medical doctor.

One thing that I know happens with my dad is related to drugs from the past.

For example, did you ever take LSD? If so, this drug stays in your body forever in your body fat and can sometimes give you a new trip. This is even if you took it MANY years ago.

I believe there are others like LSD which will do this. Just one idea.

you may have a ear infection or high/low blood pressure as these are common causes

however, these are things that you GP or nurse can cure easily so worry not go and see them about it
