I was using it through a chocolate fountain. Any recipe ideas would be appreciated! Thanks!

never add cold liquids while you have it running like cold milk b/c it will clog up...add some vegetable oil or some type of oil to keep it flowing...Use the chocolate chips that is used to make candy...

You don't need chocolate over 70% cocoa. In fact, most people don't like even like the taste near that percentage, but you can be sure it will flow very well. As long as you use chocolate that has 45% or more(dark chocolate), you don't need oil, and it will still have a sweet taste to it.

hershey melts really well!!! melting white chocolate sounds interesting too - see if you can get the fountain to go half brown and half white!!!!!!!

any chocolate that is over 70% cocoa content, not advised to use milk or creamy choclate as it gets too thick with time.
