There are many choices of music genres in Christian music available now. Most of what I listen to is pop and rock so if you're into rap, hip-hop or country perhaps others could speak to that. I find contemplation, reverence, awe, and truth in the songs of Third Day, Chris Tomlin, Nicole Nordeman, Matthew West, and Jeremy Camp. Enjoy exploring... Here's hoping your heart will be touched by some of what you hear.

The Newsboys usually come out with some stuff that has a lot of thruth in it, such as their songs "The Mission" and "I am Free" from their recent release, "Go." The O. C. Supertones had some songs that contained quite a bit of truth in them, such as "One Voice" from their "Chase the Sun" album, which gives a "truth"ful depiction of the current state of the Church in North America, and also "Wake Me Up on Time," "We Shall Overcome," "Transmission," and "Shepherd is the Lamb" from their last album, "Revenge." There are many other good Christian artists with songs as well, such as Steven Curtis Chapman and Michael W. Smith. Many options. Happy listening!

I guess it depends on your genre preference. One of my favorite bands that employs Christian lyrics and ideals in most if not all of their songs is Thrice. The last album they released, "Vheissu," included many songs with Biblical references.
Try listening to "Between the End and Where We Lie," "For Miles," "Hold Fast Hope" (a song about Jonah), "Music Box," "Like Moths to Flame" (a song about Peter's denial of Jesus), "Of Dust and Nations," "Stand and Feel Your Worth," and "Red Sky" (a song about Revelations).
Dustin Kensrue, the lead singer of Thrice, also has a solo album (Please Come Home) with a folk-song feel to it with a few Christian songs on it like "I Believe," "Please Come Home," "Consider the Ravens," and "Weary Saints."
Most of today's "Christian" music is really secular music poorly disguised as diluted spirituality. Remember that song is a form of worship, and that every song you listen to or sing venerates something. Make sure your veneration is carefully directed toward God.
