i need the codec but not the program, all sites i've been to have like a 14 day trial, but they still take your bank details

Real Player is free, and anyone trying to get you to pay for it is a thief.

i got real player version 10.6.
look for basic it free and also use Divx its the new codes for all media files,it atances / shapens the picture quality.
www.real.com and download it and follow instructions and look for basix player.
i got nero 7pre,
wmplayer 11

all need divx for media codes
for divx player or codes > www.divx.com and get free version.

Yes. But you can get codecs to play things on Media player.
