you would lose a lot more than just weight by depriving yourself of so many vitamins and minerals. and no multi-vitamin pill could ever replace the calcium in milk, omega-3's in fish, vitamin-c in orange juice, etc.
but to answer ur question, i'd say 4 pounds, because thats what i think a rotting corpse would lose in a month and i'm pretty sure you won't make it out of the month alive, so my comparison should hold.

It differs from person to person- everyone's metabolism is different. The thing is, you want to lose it in a safe way. Don't go from one extreme to the other- just gradually eat better foods in smaller portions.
If you can find some good tasting, healthy food, then it will be easier than you think! Doing some exercise that increases your heart rate helps too. Check out www.whfoods.com to look at a list of some of the healthiest foods out there- pick out the ones you like the best and see what you can make with them!
Having just salad and water will deprive you of vitamins and minerals your body needs to properly function. You need to eat balanced diets- not be walking around dizzy and tired all day. If you end up having a bad experience with losing weight, then you are just going to turn around and go back to the comfort zone of unhealthy food and get all the weight back :( so just try to take your time with it and make it as pleasurable as possible!
Good luck :D

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

You could probably lose alot of weight but you would also make yourself very sick. Before you start any diet you should really check with your Dr. and get his or her's advice. Even try to change your eating habits. Cut out soda pop. limit treats, try eating more fruit, etc. Dont eat after 7:00 pm at night. Take walks, swim, etc. There are alot of ways to lose weight just do it the smart way. Good luck.

I have no idea, but why in heaven's name would you want to do that?
You'll hardly be eating anything so your energy will plummet, not to mention your metabolism! Then, once you start eating normal portions again you'll likely gain all the weight back and then-some.
Starving yourself is not a healthy weight loss plan, nor is it effective. Cut down on your normal caloric intake, but a well-balanced diet is important!
1) drink at least 48 oz of water each day
2) 2-3 servings of dairy
3) at least 5 servings of fruits and veg
4) eat whole grains and high fiber foods
5) cut back on sweets.
Please don't starve yourself. Quick fixes NEVER work in the long run!

You probably wouldn't lose much since your metabolism would slow down drastically and you would be tired the whole day. Moreover it's very unhealthy. It could lead to other problems like chemical imbalance in the brain , gastric trouble, joint cracks etc .... A well balanced meal with adequate exercise is best and lasts longest.

well depending on what is in the salad you would probably die if im right. You would have to take pills to make sure you got proper nutrients. And a little fat is supposed to be in your diet so maybe salad water and whole milk???

I did that for about 3 weeks and lost about 12 pounds, and kept it off. Put some chicken in your salads to control hunger and get protein.

Probably very little. Your body would go into starvation mode and you'd not only become sick, but you sure wouldn't lose any weight. You might lose muscle mass and look creepy though.
