The ages seem normal enough. They should go out in somewhat supervised situations like school dances and ball games. They are still kids, although they will probably be in their 20s before they see that. As long as they can have fun and not get in over their heads 13 and 15 are probably okay depending on the kids and the situation

I wouldn't have a problem with it. It's only a two year difference. If it was a 25 year old going out with a 13 year old, then I would start getting worried, but 15 and 13 is fine.

That's not so bad. Long as their not the same sex. Now if you switch the 13 around and say a 15 year old dating a 31 year old then my reaction would be "WHAT THE HE**??????

Normal, but no sex when the 15 year old turns 16 as that would be against the law!

No reaction out of the ordinary providing they are careful and sensible and that the older one isn't going to force the younger one into a situation they don't know how to handle.

I assume the boy is 15. IMO, as long as he's not a wild child & the kids are doing normal kid things in public places and/or adult superivision (or an older sibling's present) when appropriate, it's ok. True, that is kinda young, but if they're both 'kinda young' mentally, then it seems ok.

Umm well a 3 year difference isnt that bad, It could get pretty awkward as things get pretty serious. I mean u are 3 years apart, later the years dont seem so far but now they will

i think it would be just ok.
i wouldn't mind if the 13 year old was the boy or the girl.
when i was 15 i had my first bf (he was 17) and i found nothing wrong in that. except that my parents knew nothing about it and i had to lie to them every time we got out, everything was great.

It's normal junior-high dating. It all depends on which kid is yours and whether you trust the integrity of the dating partner. If you have serious questions, don't remain silent. Not asking, means no telling and there's no telling where it will go from there.

I would have a serious birds-and-bees talk with the both of them together, and two years isn't really that big a difference in the scheme of things.
