I understand that it is your house, but sometimes for peace of mind and freedom you have to pack up your children and your stuff and leave.
You may end up losing some stuff, but in the end you are free.

And make sure that you are not leading him on in any kind of way, or giving him mixed signals.

Yes you may have to put the police in his life if you are unable to handle it on your own safely.

Girl you need better windows!!!...

First of all you need to put him out, without any aggression. Tell him he has a certain amount of time (a month, or 2 months) to get an apartment or find some other place to live. Notify him that you are persuing legal advice and this time around you are putting him out whether he is ready or not.

You guys have to agree on terms for the children. Visitation right, child support, and what not... all these needs to be legalize and notarized...

If he does not agree, report him to the authorities. If you are the owner of your home and you feel in danger, you can call the police and report him - just to scare him off a little. Or call the police and ask them what you can do (legally) to put him out. Ask your friends to refer you to a lawyer, get advice.

Take this seriously, do it the right way. But explain all the details to the authorities or an attorney, make them aware of the fact that you have put him out before and he breaks in again. They need to be aware that you are in danger for them to give a dam.

...two kids together huh? Hmmm...is he ok to you and the kids in most other ways? Breaking windows on your house isn't very cool really. Who pays for the window repair afterwards? I'd say unless he's totally cool to the kids and you personally?...you need to request some kind of restraining order from your local jurisdiction. He obviously isn't getting the message here otherwise babe. Have a sit down and discuss the terms of your break-up with him...otherwise get the restraining order against him...cool?

Well I think the only thing to do is move some place else cause if he's breaking through the windows after you kick him out then it's best to just leave!

If you are serious about him leaving, maybe it's time to contact someone in law enforcemant, and have him removed. It won't be an easy thing, but if you really want him out,and he hasn't left...I don't see that you have a choice. And you will be fine with the kids...others have. Hang in there...things will work out for you. Good luck

Call the police. If you don't want him there and his name is not on the house and he breaks in when you change the locks, he is breaking and entering and you can have him arrested.

Is he your friend now? If he is currently your friend/wuver. (my word for lover.. >_<) Then I suggest you move out. If he follows you, sue him... =)
