About my pregnancy PLZ HELP?

Well I'm 8 weeks 5days and i went for my second appointment today and i had a vaginal ultrasound it only lasted 2 min and she said she couldnt find a heartbeat and i had a miscarriage i thought my baby was fine i did not bleed yet or anything just cramping but thats normal this early cause my uterus is strecthing could she be wrong i mean mabye she didnt look hard enough have this ever happend to you. But i go back in two days help me.

I would call you OB first thing in the morning and ask him these questions. I am not 100% sure when the heartbeat can be detected. Good luck!! I hope she was wrong
