What issues can be related to the care of a dying person?

When a family member is passing away, what issues, personal and family-related come up?

if the person dying is doing so at home, there are alot of issues, like who will be doing the physical care thru the night, who will be staying home to care for the person during the day, what will it cost to bring in outside help, is the family in the home emotionally stable enough to deal with this transition of their loved one. Is the person dying preferring to die at home, or is that person feeling coerced to do so by the family.(or vice versa) Those just came off the top of my head, there are many others I am sure. You might get more information by calling a local hospice center, or a home health agency.

I think you would benefit from learning about hospice. It's not necessarily a place the sick go to die, it's a whole host of services and support for the families/survivors as well.
