Pork steaks have a lot of natural flavor so you really don't have to do to much with them. If I bake or fry them, I take bread crumbs(unseasoned) and mix them with season salt or if you don't like salt, a little onion powder and a pinch of garlic powder. Then I cover both sides with of the steak with the crumb mixture and either fry or bake them. I prefer baking, less fat. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 - 60 minutes. Cover the dish with tin foil so they stay moist and don't dry out. Tastes so good!!! a good side dish with these is stove top stuffing.

Super easy.

Sprinkle with Montreal Steak Spice (or your favourite steak seasoning, works fine on pork). Panspray or blitz with a little veg oil from a sprayer.

Barbeque/Grill over medium heat, turning frequently, til completely done, feels firm not at all squishy when you press on it lightly.

Let it rest covered in foil on a warm plate for 5 minutes while you prep a green salad, then eat.
