I am going overseas tomorrow for two weeks. This is the first time that I am going overseas and I should feel excited which I do, but I just feel really apprehensive as well. Does anyone else feel like this and why?

Yeah, it's totally natural. I've been travelling for years, on long flights between the USA and the UK and I still get apprehensive about it. I think we just get ourselves too excited and hyped up. Just try and keep calm- take an mp3 player or an easy read book. Don't try a complicated book as your mind will be in overdrive and you'll have difficulty concentrating and get yourself worked up too much! Have a lovely holiday!!

Hmm... because it's your first time?
It's natural. Shouldn't be surprising for a person to feel a bit apprehensive the first time. Don't worry.
