meal replacement shakes and etc are just what they are.. meal replacements. they're full of vitamins and such to replace a meal. the reason most people lose weight is because they're not really consuming food.. just healthy shakes.
theyre not relly anything magical you know what i mean? they can be part of a weight loss system with exercise and good meal plan.. but so can a multi vitamin !

For me, Slimfast Cappuccino shakes, and Slimfast Cookie Dough Bars have been highly effective. I like them a lot, and they work. I just use them twice a day, eat fruit and veggies as snacks, and eat a very healthy dinner including two vegetables (instead of a potato and a veggie).

Some people are really getting into the Special K diet program--where they eat the Special K for breakfast and lunch, drink their water, eat their snacks--but still eat a normal (if small) dinner.

They can be a good diet aid, but they are not effective in and of themselves. I recently lost 30 pounds and used slim fast as a supplement whenever I wanted something sweet.

if you re having trouble getting started make a small move such as starting an eating log or buying walking shoes you re three times more likely to follow through if you start with small gestures such as these
