Would you date a female that has an awesome personality, a pretty face, takes really good care of herself, her kids and her house, even thou she is fat? I am asking because this is me....I am 27, divorced, I have 2 kids and I take care of myself as far as fixing my hair, dressing, bathing, brushing my teeth all that stuff, in fact my friends harrass me cuz I am sooo picky about my apperance, but I am fat.

I believe that what any person in general first notices about someone else is there looks, whether there short or tall, large or small, and even sometimes blonde or brunette. This is called being shallow, but the sad thing is..most of us are. I think that if you are a good mom, have a wonderful personality, take good care of yourself, your home, and most importantly your kids then you should try to get people to notice you for who you are inside, and not worry so much about your appearance on your outside. I do think that being overly large is not healthy, so you may want to try and work on that a little bit, but if you are doing your best, then you need to worry what the most important thing is and that is being close to God and your children. If you wait long enough the right man will come along, who will notice you and love you for who you truly are, and love your children as well.

I believe that looks do play a role in "attraction" b/c that's what we see first: looks, clothing, neatness, how one pulls themselves together. I truly believe in ones personality as being the deal breaker on whether or not I would have dated someone in the past.
You can be thin as a rail, or heavy set, it doesn't matter. Beauty comes from within....

Absolutly i would and being fat is a relative thing just because you feel that way doesnt mean its true. Im sure your a very nice woman and alot of guys would love to date you love you and jump your bones cheer up and go get some tail baby

most relationships start off with a mutual physical attraction. this is the reason why blind dates dont work all the time. those potential hook-ups never even get started b/c it's purely physical until they get to know one another.
as for me and my fiance, both of us are a little heavier than we should be (maybe by 10-15 lbs.) and should hit the gym to tone up, but we make sure to watch our weigt so that we can look good for one another. we take pride in how one another looks, and that's how your guy should be with you. make your mom proud to be with you.
hit the gym, start a diet, and watch your weight. soon, you will have the personality and the good looks!

I'm glad that you're being honest and straight upfront to us. Appearance to me is not that much of a big deal and I'm sure some guys out will accept you for your current situation with your 2 kids.
I'm glad that you are able to wash and clean up yourself by yourself without other person's aid.

I'm not a guy but i would like to answer this. You have good discipline in making yourself look good, which is commendable. Don't give up. Tell yourself this: I'M NOT GOING TO BE THIS FAT FOREVER. NO WAY!! and do something about it, and I believe you can make it!! Good luck!!

Well there is someone for everyone. Some men like blonds, some like brunnettes, some like redheads. Some men like women that are bone thin and small breasts, some men like heavy women with big breasts. Why we are attracted to certain traits are a mystery. I am sure there are plenty fo men that would love to date you.

Nope. I don't find overweight women attractive. To me, that's an important part of taking care of yourself.
