we have hardly any food in, what can we have for tea that is quick and simple?
we have got, diced mince, mince meat, beans, soup, potatoes, mushy peas, pasta, rice, butter, oxo cubes, red peppers and thats about it.

cook your mince, beans and oxo together with alittle water , make some mash potatoes and you have a simiply shepherds pie type dish!

Do the mince, oxo and peppers in the frying pan with some diced potato and serve with the rice. YUM!!!!!!!!!

Just throw it all into a big pot with a pinch of salt, except for the rice and the peppers and cook until ready to eat. If it still need something when you taste it, put some tomato sauce into it.

Shove the lot in a large saucepan and cook it off, this will give you the chance to scour out your fridge and make a good nourishing meal at the same time. Go For it.............

don't have tea time, skip it. then go to the store. however cook the rice with butter and mix in beans is realitivly good.

If you have onion put some in your beans
with some butter,
will taste great!
