No...apparently you're a bit young for sex...work on your spelling instead, it needs work.
Save sex for when you are older and more mature and ready to deal with any of the consequences.

the way i see it is that hes either not looking for a solid relationship with you or hes just impatient.
if he wants to be with you then you need to talk to him about this choice. and if hes just lookin for a quick lay then tell him to eff off....
when it comes down to this you need to live by your rules and your needs, if you are old enough (yes waiting to have sex till you are older is a good thing) and mature enough and actually want to then go for it, but if your not then i reccomend you not to do it.
reguardless on how long you wait, if he really likes you he will wait it out.
