Your friend has to let it go and move on. He had no respect for the relationship she thought they were in. Luckily she found out he was not worth it before she went any further with him. She deserves and can find, much much better.

Well, there isn't a lot your friend can do. If he made promises and then when they didn't get along they seperated for a mere couple weeks and boom! He's already engaged? Either he's a cheating piece of s h i t or it's a rebound fling. Tell your friend to move on, don't be bitter and to go out with friends and have fun.

Most people are going to say "Move on" and that's true, I agree. But your friend doesn't have the closure needed to end the relationship, because it was left open-ended.
She needs to confront him, Calmly! Maybe by meeting up for coffee and have her write a list of how she feels and what questions she needs answered to feel satisfied about what happened. it will be one of the most difficult days in her life, but it will also be liberating.
we become stronger when we face our fears head to head.

I would be a little hurt, however, I would get over it real quick. I would then realize how luck I am, what a jerk. He was not honest with his words. So, he did you a huge favor, move on and enjoy life. Be grateful you did not marry him, he cant make up his mind what he wants to do. God bless****

You can't do anything from there but to focus on being single. I wish I were! Relationships can be stressful... So just enjoy being single for now... It's especially difficult if you loved the person right?

I'd kick myself for being foolish and "waiting" for someone...never put your life on hold for someone else...if it turns out you are both available at the same time then great, otherwise move forward. Too often waiting for someone ends up just as this situation turned out...waiting for nothing.

Forget him move on with your life. He is no good for you. People sometimes play the fool for love. He didn't love you as much as you thought. She was probably waiting on him to and he made a choice.

I would be glad that i came to know he's a cheater, well,in advance before tying knots. It would be easier for me to get over such a player and find someone who can give me all that love and care i deserve.
Would thank God first for having mercy on me before i would commit myself in marraige to such a loser.
