Most mormons probably don't, but the LDS Church owns stock in everything from Coca-Cola to alcohol companies to cigarette companies. (Yes, this is true) Coffee, therefore, wouldn't surprise me. Coca-Cola actually produces several coffee and alcohol products anyway under its subsidiary brands... so I guess it's a moot point.

Maybe one or two knowingly have stock in coffee. I think, however, that if most Mormons have stock in coffee, it's part of a mutual fund r something like that.

What individual members do or do not invest in is up to them. The Church as a whole does not own stock in any coffee company.

Some individuals may, albeit none that I know of, but I personally see that kind of choice as ethically wrong.
First- If I owned stock in a company that causes harm to my fellow man, that isn't exactly Christian in my eyes.
Second- If I owned stock in a company that promotes things I don't support or agree with, then not only am I profiting from people who are doing things I don't approve of, but I'm also financially supporting these things... kind of self-defeating, don't you think?
Somehow it just seems not right....

If they are true LDS, then NO!!! We don't drink coffee. We do drink caffeine sometimes. It isn't about the caffeine that is bad for us, it's other things in coffee, like the acids and other things that naturally occur in coffee.
Also, we don't own casino's that's a lie. Sorry to say but we don't gamble either.

They own a fair number of Las Vegas casinos. Don't know about the coffee.

Yes. The President of "Coca-Cola" is Mormon, and they drink caffine. I think they even made an acception for "Coca-Cola", but I don't think Coke's holding in the coffe houses has extended their acceptance in drinking coffe or java's.
