my sis tell me that every time she has sex she wont let her partner touch her or look her at her what is the promblem.

How can she have sex with out contact? Chances are she lacks some major confidence and has esteem issues. Chances are she's uncomfortable with her body so she has the lights off so nothing can be seen.
