he says he cant go places with me at night or spend nights over so he want to break up with me, but he was my frist and said we would be togather for always ,i think he lied to me but my girlfriend said that if i want to make him stay all i have to do is say i will go to the cops and tell them he had sex with me and scare him alittle ,and this will make him stay good.

Ummm...hello....what do you and a 22 year old man have in common?? He ought to be ashamed of himself, and be put in jail for getting caught up with a young girl your age.
Please do yourself a favor, and get out of this mess quick!! Do your parents know whats going on? This is not healthy.
