ok so no matter how much i work out i still have a nasty belly and bad lovehandles... that really all i have to work on... i dont eat a lot of junk food and i do exercise a little but i cant seem to get ride of my belly fat... does anyone know any good ways to get ride of it...please help me out

If you drink alcohol, it is prone (for whatever reason) to store fat in your abdomen. Otherwise, do cardio and lots of ab exersizes.
ETA: I do this: I hold a 10-15lb weight in my right arm and let it relax at my side while standing. Lean to the left while keeping your arm straight, hips still, and feet planted. I do 3 reps of 50 on each side, but you can start out doing as many as you can in a row for each rep. It will firm up the muscles under your lovehandles.
