I have a friend who went into the Navy for boot camp but I don't know when he left and I would like to contact him. Please help. When does the boot camp for the Navy start and how can you contact people in the boot camp? He doesn't have a cell phone. Please, no sarcastic answers.

If Navy bootcamp is anything like Army (and I expect that it is) they have classes going constantly, year around, probably 1-2 starting per week. You'll not be able to contact him while he is in boot camp. I think your best bet is to wait until he finishes, and perhaps he will contact you. If you were to actually try, you'll be painting a big red bullseye on his forehead for the training cadre to take advantage of. Leave him alone...initial military training is difficult enough without additional distractions of someone trying to contact you.

Navy boot camp starts multiple times a week. It's not like school where you start on August 27th or something. And no he's not going to have a cell phone or even his own underwear, he's in boot camp.......

Here is your answer on how to contact them, but your friend is going to need to contact you with their information so you can write to them. There are several thousand recruits at RTC at any given time so to assume he is the only one there with his name or a similar name is slim in most cases. Ask your friends parents for information. They were given one phone call when they arrived at boot camp and should have passed along letter writing information or will during additional future phone calls. The link below will help you with addressing your letter when you get complete information on your friend. Good luck.

Thats type of what i had to do. i'm at the moment in the deptfor the Marine reserves (it extremely is an same element as for lively), and am making plans to flow to varsity proper after as area of the Incremental initial lively accountability preparation software, or also prevalent because the ninety 2-day reserves. It makes it so as that today following boot camp commencement, somewhat of going off to wrestle preparation and MOS preparation, you should flow off on your college, in which you would study. Your wrestle preparation and MOS preparation ought to ensue for the period of your summers in-between your college semesters. so some distance as being in the reserves and being area of the NROTC software, I dont see any clarification why this doesn't be accessible. i'd nonetheless ask a recruiter about it even if.

Boot camps for all services are an on going process of cycles every few weeks or months and at multiple locations. My only suggestion is to contact the recruiter near you (probably the same place your friend enlisted) and ask the recruiter. Good luck.

Boot camps start weekly, not once a year. Try his family for contacts. Cell phones are not allowed. Minimum contact is allowed by mail! Family is your best bet!
