I'd give it a 10 as the Aero feature in Vista is "eye candy", however in order to fully utilize it you need a descent graphic's card.
p.s. if you have a laptop with a nVidia 5200 GO in it - it does not support aero, however it you choose to install the regular nVidia 5200 drivers (not the Go version) that comes with Vista, you'll be able to run Aero Glass :)

I have GeForce 7600GT, and it is awesome. The Aero works very good, my experience index is 5.2, so I give 10!

My video card in my laptop could not run it.
The demo I saw was very impressive, if I could run it, probably an 8. Still doesn't do things like Beryl in linux, but it's pretty nice just the same.
