When you log into the Collegeboard website go to the Find a College section, and then update your information Careers and Majors.
Keep in mind that it may take a while for them to update the information in their mailing lists, and also colleges that have already gotten your information with the old "Medical Assistant" profile may not be updated unless they request it again. Collegeboard sells mailing lists to colleges of people who are interested in a certain topic, so if you change, you should start getting information from new colleges, but may not get removed from lists that have already been distributed.
