Jeneivive.... I use a pen too!!! They buy like a million of them, so I use a pen and then throw it out.
I know I could buy a spoon or stirrers myself, but I am protesting! It is just the point that thye want me to be productive. To be productive I need coffee, to drink coffee I need cream and sugar and SOMETHING TO STIR IT WITH! Dang.

LMAO. I've never seen this. I would do this, but a) my company buys stirrers, and b) we use those goofy plastic triangle shaped paperclips.
Have you thought about pouring the cream and sugar in first, then adding the coffee? When you do it that way, the cream gets completely dissolved. Might have a problem with the sugar staying on the bottom, but at least you'd have cream! :)

You can:
1. Bring your own spoon
2. Buy cheap plastic spoons yourself
3. As the manager when they purchase coffee can they also buy stirrers or spoons
4. Ask co-workers if they are willing to chip in a couple of $ a month to buy spoons or stirrers.

If you put the sugar and cream in the cup first and then pour the coffee in, you won't need a stirrer. The coffee does the mixing as it pours.

Instead of unwinding large paper clips and using them to stir your coffee, which only adds to more pollution, why not consider leaving the habit of coffee drinking? If you need something to awaken your brain once in a while during the day, all you need to do is walk around the office briskly for a couple of minutes, drink lots of water and BREATHE. This will get the oxygen to your brain and will awaken it... No caffeine side effects...

Yeah I think you might be the only one that does that.
Try bringing a spoon from home and keep it in your desk to stir your coffee. Don't forget to wash it.
Or keep chop sticks at your desk (the kind you get from takeout) and use those. You can either wash and reuse them or toss and use a new one.

Take a blender to work, keep in on your desk and then you can just blend everything together! They might get the hint ;)
