i cant really dance, how can i learn to dance fast without taking a class, is there an easy way to move without being oto complicated

Get some CD on learning to dance and just follow it. But, you can't learn to dance in two days, you have to practice every day until you get it. It's like taking piano lessons, the practice makes the difference. Good luck.

You can dance. Everyone can dance, you're probably just shy. Trust me, I am too. Even if you had the best dance lessons in the world, you'd still be shy. Just go for it and try it. If he or she actually likes you it shouldn't matter. I hope this helps.

See if any of your "good dancing" friends/family can show you. However, realistically some folks have no rhythm and can't be helped.
If all else fails, rent the movie Hitch. Will Smith gets to the point.

Find a friend who you think is a good dancer, and ask them to teach you, or just copy what they do.
Basically, just stay relaxed, and listen for the beat. Practice by bobbing your head, clapping your hands, or tapping your feet to the beat of a song.
Let the movement start with your hips, and then sort of wave up or down your body. (It's hard to explain with words, you have see it to appreciate it.)

get some teach-yourself-videos. if you are good in following instructions you'll know da basics of any dance just in one day ... then go out and try ..what the heck
