Keep the baby up as much as you can doing the day. Wake the baby up when you get up, babies need and want to sleep so keeping him/her up more doing the day they will sleep more at night. Trying to keep a baby a wake doing the day isnt easy Ive had to do it, but if you want to sleep at night you have to try. At night give baby his bottle and a nice warm bath after only having a few hours of sleep that day he'll be more then happy to go to bed.

depends on how old your child is. We started off by setting a time for bath time. Then usually set the baby down to sleep. But they go to sleep when they want. Usually when they are tired.

If you figure that out, be sure to write a book so the rest of the world can do it. It would make the best seller list---No Doubt!!
