it's pretty obvious that more younger guys are likely to attract women. i mean guys in their late teens and early 20s. the only thing that women like about older guys is the fact that they're older. girls in their early 20s and younger tend to find guys around their age most attractive, and guys too much older are less attractive. so do they expect me to believe that when a woman is around 30 she does a complete 180 and suddenly is not attracted to those young boys and is now attracted to guys her age? no, the truth is women not find guys around their age acceptible, but i believe that all of them would actually prefer a young 19 year old boy any day. of course, i'm talking about sexual attraction not relationships. why do women keep denying this?

because it's frustrating to find guys our age with the same level of intellect - once we find a guy who we can "talk" to on the same level, age doesn't matter

Umm, I don't know where you're getting your information, but clearly you don't know me or a number of my women friends...
I'll date a guy 10 to 15 years older than me before I'll date a guy 3 years younger than me... (I'm 25).
The reason for this is past experience - at the age of 20, I liked a guy who was 2 years younger than me. He liked me. The main reason it didn't work out seems to have been relative maturity. A year or so later, I started dating a guy 10 years older than me. That one worked somewhat better - still didn't last, cuz of maturity (again) but this time the other way around - he only wanted a girl so much younger than him cuz it flattered his ego that a "young girl" would go for him, and he knew I was young enough to not be interested in an immediate lifetime commitment - it was all about having a good time while it lasted. I understood that, so we had several months of fun before we both moved on.
Thing is, I'm more willing to put up with a guy who's involved with someone so much younger than him just to have some fun and feel younger himself than I am to deal with an inexperienced kid who barely knows what to do with a girl - so under 20 is absolutely out of the question!
Of course, if in another 10 years some 20yo guy thinks I'm a "hot older lady" I'll be flattered! But I'll just accept the compliment and stick with my own age group!

From where are you getting your "data?"
For a real relationship, nearly every woman I've dated (I'm 46, and only recently married, and for the first time) has always wanted someone older. The only reason a woman would suddenly be attracted to someone younger would be for a sexual relationship, not a complete one (biological clock, anyone)?
P.S. My wife is 12-1/2 years younger than me.

I cant speak for all woman only myself and im 25 and wold rather be with somone my age or just a little bit older and the reason for that is most guys dont mature untill they are 30 or older and I want somone who is mature acting. Now yeah i do find some young guys hot and would maybe sleep with them but id never be in an actual relataionship with somone that young ever I dont think it would work at all. most the girls I know feel the same way and all ended up with older guys in the end so its not always like that.

I actually like older guys because they are more experienced and serious about relationships. Younger guys tend to like me but I think they look too young... I have a younger brother and it's just not right in my eyes to date anyone near his age. I go for older guys, because I want to be with someone mature and knows what he's doing in life. I don't really date guys my age, because they're immature and want to fool around.

I am 42 my fiance is 23, I am in twice as good of shape as 90% of the " kids" because all you guys wanna do is veg out with your i-pods and play video games, the other 10%, well most of them are too arrogant and stuck on themselves to know how to treat a lady

Younger guy are more attractive in looks and energy but when it comes right down to it, they're naive and stupid in a lot of way. Come on, experience counts for something!

I like guys a little older than me maybe 1 to 2 yrs. So you are right that every woman doesn't like older guys. They need to rephrase it when they say it.

Wishful thinking on your part, perhaps.
I've always ALWAYS been attracted to me my age or older -- generally 7-10 years older.
A 19-year-old boy might think he is in his sexual prime, but all he would be interested in is himself. I'd prefer a man who knows how to please a woman, and can carry on a conversation, AND is old enough to be out past 10 p.m., thank you. A 19-year-old might be able to offer mediocre sex more times in a night, but a 40-year-old can make it darn good.

i have never been interested in older guys.... never said i was either... all of my bf's have been merely 2-3 years older than me... my current is 23 and i'm 20. i think the oldest i dated was 22 when i was 18.
so next time lets not put all women in a lump sum and assume they all think alike because we all don't.
that'd be like saying all guys like older women.... uh not true... so let's not be sexist in our statements and assume all women are merely the same.

When women say older, what I think they really mean to say is a mature man who says what he means and means what he says.
