The demand for an underwater B&W disposable is too niche and specialized to be of any value to a company...you will most likely never see such a product. Like others said, you are better off with a disposable color, then either scan the film for B&W or have the lab make B&W prints. You won't get the range that B&W film offers, but then again, the lighting underwater is not so great anyway.

There is such thing as an underwater disposable camera and I think if im correct you can get black and white prints made up at the store when you develope the film.
