Simple answer is "no it's not"

As already suggested both draw on the principals of working with energy.

Which leads to posing this concept:

What is magick & witchcraft really?

It is something that many have feared over the ages.

However today the world of personal development, self help and so forth is growing rapidly.

And it is all based on conscious creation and working with energy.

Which is what Witchcraft is.

And also what the ancient martial arts are (and modern ones).

Personally - I have broken a thick blank of wood held upright, walked on fire, had an arrow at my throat.

All things suggested as impossible.

And it wasn't due to Harry Potter type magick that I did those things (and I love Harry Potter :-) )

It was due to focus and working with energies from a clear, clean and open hearted place.

So in a more fear-filled age - and unfortunately there is still more fear in this world than I would like to see... in a more fear filled age - people like Tony Robbins, Deepak Chopra, The Secret group and so forth...would have been burned at the stake.

And now it has all become relatively mainstream - people are realizing we have the power to consciously create what we want.

Call that self help, witchcraft, voodoo or elite sportsmanship that defies the norm...

I am a Witch, AND a Black Belt.

Chi or Ki, CAN be used to create Magick.

For instance, doing your favorite form, raises energy, and we're taught how to focus that energy.

Say you focused on bringing in money, while doing your form. You're directing your Chi or Ki to that end.

So it can be used for Magick aka WitchCraft, but unless that energy is directed towards a specific goal, then it's not doing anything.

Magick can be used by anyone of any faith.

It's not witchcraft in any sense of the word. It's body mechanics. Chi or Ki is nothing more than inner power.

No that is proposterous witchcraft which I study and Martial Arts are not in any way linked together. Chi or Ki is the enrgy force that surrounds you at all times that tingly feeling is you moving that energy around either to you or from you with control and focus directing its movement

No. Martial arts are real, witchcraft is not. The tingly feeling may be a bit weird, but there sound medical explanations for it. There is research validating the meridians we talk about, but western medicine still hasn't determined exactly what they are.

It all depends on how a particular person defines "martial arts" and how the same person defines "witchcraft."

According to the standard definitions, they are not related.

I can see one possible explanation for a person saying that... namely the concept of: "Calling upon powers!"

Witchcraft calls upon "external" powers, martial arts allow one to call upon the powers within him/herself. No "outside assistance" -- just tapping into something that was always there.

No, it's simply fiction. Like witchcraft.

Chi is how old masters defend the idea that they can beat up their students. The fact is if the 20 year old student hit the 80 year old man, he'd break the old man's bones. But they show respect and say his "chi" is strong.
